Let me start with I hate to leave negative reviews, but felt this one was necessary. We special ordered a dining table and chairs from Liberty Square and were given a timeline of 6-8 weeks for delivery. After 10 weeks, I called to check on the order, no one could help me so I left a message, no return call. A week later I left another message, no return call. The 3rd time I was finally able to speak to someone who had no answers at all for me. Same with the 4th phone call. All they could tell me was that my furniture was in the "finish" shop but did not know what the timeline might be. Finally I was able to receive my delivery a full 13+ weeks after it was ordered.I realize it was not their fault, but my issue is that there were no phone calls to explain the delay, no follow up phone calls, and absolutely NO apologies. They are great at sales, but sadly lacking in customer service. I needed to buy a house full of furniture, but sadly took my business elsewhere as I did not want a repeat of this.I do love my dining table and it is a beautiful piece. It definitely would have been worth waiting on if I had a better "customer" experience and more outreach from the store.

Liberty Square is a great go to furniture store with good basic pieces of furniture! Quality is great and I always find something I like. Ordering pieces has worked out well and delivery was smooth.

Have purchased custom furniture through Liberty Square, and have not been disappointed. The owners kept me informed on the progress of the build, and addressed all my concerns if there were any. Their stock on hand is wonderful, and love browsing the store even when I don't need anything specific. Great quality and MADE LOCALLY! Liberty square will continue to have my patronage and support.

Love this place! The owners are very helpful and they sell quality products. I've purchased reclining sofas, a dining table/chairs and outdoor furniture, as well as miscellaneous home decor. I've never had any issues.

We were extremely happy with our purchase. They matched the finish on a tv stand to our tables we had bought from a different furniture store. Also purchased a unique desk that we have gotten many compliments on. Purchased a dinette table and chairs that work well in our smaller kitchen.

We have purchased several pieces of the Berlin Gardens outdoor furniture from Liberty Square. We also have an Amish bedroom and dining room set we purchased there. We are very pleased with our purchases! The staff is very friendly and helpful and they only carry quality products! The store layout is great for decorating ideas too! We have purchased several pieces of furniture from Liberty Square Furniture. The craftmanship is exceptional and the service outstanding. After a couple of service calls to repair the motorized parts on a sofa (at no charge), they finally replaced the sofa with a brand new one. The staff is friendly and helpful. It's a great place to browse furniture or decorative accessories or to shop for new, quality furniture for your home.

I shopped around for summer deck furniture, in Shipshewana Indiana they have a very nice selection. But I ended up buying at liberty square in Portage Mi, very good quality also. Somewhat more personal and local.
